Did you buy the black one with the red interior that was for sale on the FL Craigs list? That car looked like a real beauty. There aren't a lot of the "fintails" left in good shape.

You can convert the rear brakes to disks if you swap out the differential/axle assembly with one from a W108 vehicle. I'd say it is more trouble than it's worth though. The front disks/rear drums work fine and parts are generally available, except for the shoes (which you can just have re-lined when the time comes).
