Based on engines in general, the 7th port ( bottom middle of the RH pic ) is for engine coolant to keep the carb warm or an EGR port for use with a head drilled through to the exhaust side.

I'd call the LH pic a gasket for FI and the RH pic for carb.

I'd need to see the other side of the intake / full install to be sure.
