DeliveryValve: Yes that is the style, however, the listing is for a 14" wheel cover. They measure approx 15" and is easily misconstrued. The actual 15" covers measure about 16 3/8".

I guess the plastic are cheap. I've got three, two of which look like crap with peeling paint. I guess shipping one used one to you would provide limited benefit since you probably get free shipping on new ones anyway.
