Well, that looks like the plan. That "deep well" Gator Grip I bought won't bite because the nipple on the plug is too long. So, gonna try my method tomorrow after work.

Already sanded the plug and the inside of the socket with 60 grit and wiped em good to give the JB something to stick to.

Running the engine to heat it up was great thinking and it turned a little until the socket slipped again so we will see tomorrow.

Maybe try lining the socket with foil before loading with JB, like one of the suggestions before loading that socket up with JB...😀
