well i live in an apt in brooklyn, and not one with a back or front yard unfortunately.
i would love to find somewhere to stash a 100-200 gallon tank or 2 55 gallon tanks to meet tri-state biodiesel's 100 gallon minimum. they won't sell to individual cars anymore.
