I'm trying to find a small part that's basically a little foam rubber tire. It's 1" ID and about 1.5" OD. In the attached picture you'll see the roller on the right has one while the roller on the left doesn't. I tried making some out of pipe insulation, they didn't turn out very well. Any idea where I can buy some?
