The center of the windshield has a hole the size of a basketball. I asked if the police let him drive like that and he said yes. The rear window has a hole the size of a baseball at the bottom center and is cracked top to bottom, side to side. The old guy was raking the sand and picking up trash along the sidewalk. We don't know if he is paid to do this or it is just the hobby of a crazy old man (who lives on the north shore of Oahu and spends his days at the beach, I should be so lucky... ).
