I am selling a used set of Bosch euro headlights for any w123. They are 100% functional. There is a bit of pitting on the glass, but nothing that prevents them from providing excellent illumination. There is a little bit of maroon over-spray on the top of the passenger-side unit but it cannot be seen once installed unless the hood is open. It could probably be removed with judicious use of a little paint stripper. The city light functions works, as do the fogs. I can help with the wiring adaptation (very slight, and completely non-permanent) if your car is currently set up with USDOT lights and you need it.
