I guess it appeals to the fartcan/ricer crowd. To me it's just another nebulous vehicle of the jellybean variety. My thoughts are no doubt irrelevant to Mercedes marketing department as I'll never have the income to lease one. Undoubtedly the majority of "owners" will never be so nuts as to actually "buy" one instead of lease them either.
