I interviewed twenty real estate agents when I sold my last house before I found a winner. I was real real choosey up front but it paid off; she sold the house in three weeks flat. Some days she sent 20 - 40 people accompanied by their real estate agent to my house for viewing.

I'll never forget one of the buyer's agents. He gave me his card and then proceeded to tell me in so many words that he wasn't there because he thought my house was so great, it wasn't. He let me know he brought prospects to see my house because he and the rest of the real estate community had a lot of respect for MY real estate agent.
