Here is the response from Phil:

"Hello Dan,
We realize the value of our customers and will do everything in our
power to solve problems however, rotors do not warp by themselves. I have
seen some that have been rinsed after driving while hot warp. I will forward
this E-mail to our vendors and see what they can do for us.

Thank you

Suggestions, anyone?

This just does not seem right to me. I have driven many hundreds-of-thousands of miles and have been replacing brakes and rotors for years. I know when I am at fault. This is not one of those times.
