Early OM617 T4 adapter

On New Year's Day, I went to the Sacramento PNP to pull the W115 longrunner intake manifold from a 75 NA 300D that had recently arrived.
I was able to pull it, and 3 hubcaps as well.

I was surprised to see that it had a T4 turbo installed at some prior time in its history.
There was an aftermarket cast iron T4 adapter attached to the standard exhaust manifold (617 142 00 01).
There are no visible markings on the T4 adapter.
It has a pyrometer probe.

Attached to the T4 adapter is an unmarked cast iron T4 turbine housing with an unmarked cast iron block-off plate secured with a V-band clamp.

I also pulled the exhaust manifold, the T4 adapter, the T4 tubine housing with block-off plate, and downpipe exhaust flange.

I imagine someone on the forum may need some of these parts.
