So did I... The attached picture shows what the bolt did to it. After it rounded off, I tried hammering it deeper into the head to try to get another bite, didn't help. In the end it took welding 3 bolts to it and a long cheater handle. Poor bit didn't stand a chance...

I've also attached the original tag from the fan clutch. I have a hard time believing that this is the original clutch, the label is in too good of condition to be 32 years old. The clutch was still mostly working, but was definitely leaking fluid and didn't lock up as tight as I'd like it to when hot (but it was tightening up).
