As a former longtime resident of Oklahoma I can easily say I am not surprised.

I have found that OKC cops are a different breed from those in the rural areas. Most of the rural cops, knowing they have a bad reputation due to a few bad apples, go above and beyond to be professional.

But in OKC? It's a different world.
