It's worth the gamble if you aren't in your car very much $,mainly do long trips,filter it well, and can source it cheap/free..
As is my case I have a $600 190d that runs fine on it, I blend 80/20 and haven't had any issues knock on wood. Have saved ~$3000 on d2 so far.
