Drop the pan and see if you have metal and/or lining in there. This is kind of like saying, "My engine doesn't run, what's wrong?" There are many different things that could have gone awry.... pump, drum seals, linings stripped, converter, etc... If it has lining (looks sort of like paper gasket material) or shards of metal in tge pan, it's rebuild time.
