Under FAQ in their website there is a small picture which definitely shows an AC plug. Looks like this plugs into an AC outlet and recharges your unit. The pic is small but that plug may be attached to a small rectangular box which looks something like a standard battery charger for a laptop. Look for that AC plug in your box.
There is also an on-off switch. Maybe you have it turned off. Should be a light.

I have seen this pic too. I plugged the plug into a 110VAC outlet, the other end into the charger, which glowed green. I then connected the plug from the charger to the connector which connects to the capacitors. I then turned the button on the side of the case.
I'm wondering if something is defective.
There does not seem to be any way to tell if the wrench is connected to a charging battery. I did not attempt to operate the impact.
I left it this way 2 hours. then I unplugged from 110VAC. Then I pressed impact trigger. Nothing.
