Thanks to you guys, problem is solved.

I used a 3mm Hex Key and inserted it into the mixture adjusting tower on top of the fuel distributor. Once I felt that it is contacting the adjusting screw inside I turned it clockwise about a turn until the voltage at pin 3 of diagnostic port increased to 6.5 V and hovered around it. The car drives much better now.
