I don't think I can post a picture but it just attached with four holes drilled into the bumper from below. There are two pieces, one parallel to the bumper and one perpendicular to the bumper with the ball on it. The parallel piece has two holes on either side of the perpendicular piece. (I can't remember exactly how the two pieces are joined together. There may be a couple of additional bolts that hold the two pieces together and go thru the bumper).
