I joined about a week ago or so and just posted a couple posts last night. Each time there was a notice that the posts needed 'moderator approval" does this happen for every post?

I just did some work at a DIY garage I've found and thought the info would be useful and wasn't sure how long the post would take to show up?

Update: Ok I see that the posts I made last night are showing up so I guess it's about a day for moderator approval of a new post, thank you Mr Moderator.
