I used an old glow plug with slots ground length ways, seem to remember another forum member posting the original idea - works well with some WD40

Also ground off the threads to avoid damage/allow rotation unrestricted.

Here we go, for some reason my pictures have been removed from actual thread but still appear on Google images.
