The earlier .6 fluid has too little dye according to MB. So its yellow in appearance. Checking the fluid via SDS is the "correct" method but, very few people do this, the service stick is fine. Servicing these is easier than a .3 or .4 as the filter is a pop in and the pan has alloy blocks to prevent overtightening. Just like the earlier units it too has a converter drain.
We recomend 60k service intervals on these. (thats miles BTW)
