If you're stripping it out save the interior wiring harness and all devices for the power windows. This has the (fancy for the early 90s) one-touch express operation of the windows and can be retrofitted to an earlier 124 easily if the interior is stripped out.

Remember everything is modular on these cars, carefully follow the wiring and remove it in one piece.
