That asking price is insane. There was one posted this past winter on eBay in way nicer condition with verifiable information that went for less money after being reposted many times without bids.
Red flags:
- Rebuilt front suspension at 59K miles? I know rubber degrades, but that seems excessive.
- Water pump? Really? Seems to suggest the cooling system was neglected, or car has more miles than shown.
- Turbo? Again, really?
If it really is a 59K car and was garage kept, perhaps it was a lemon from the factory. My parents have a 2003 Exploder that has 21K original miles and garage kept because every time it moves, it breaks. Their excuse for dumping $1500+ in repairs every year - "It's paid for".
