I am running a trans with 3000high stall. but sorry I didn't tell you I've changed the diff and are using an earlier diff out an earlier merc because I want to run lower gears ( 3.63 ratio). The reason why I did this because Mercedes never released the 450slc in Australia with low gears. The only V8 gears in Australia are 3.08 ratio.
