As their blurb states, Neway has been at it for quite a while. Their multi-point cutters, when introduced, were an improvement over stones. The current practice of using single-point, solid carbide cutters does seem to be accepted as an improvement over the Neway.
That said, the most important element in producing good results remains the skill and care of the operator.
