This appears to be from the late 70's, at least according to the information I could find. I have to admit I have never seen a BMW with one of these lights.

I _really_ don't think this is from the late 70's. There is no reason I would have salvaged it when I found it if it were that late. I was able to find an old auction that had a couple of pics and listed all the numbers that I have. Here's the pics. Looks like driving lights that mount on the bumper or something...
