Sorry, should have specified the M110 head I have came from a definite "Euro" model. I hope to have the original engine number soon. I forgot to get it when I pulled the head.

It has the domed pistons so it is the higher compression engine. I'm pretty sure the M110 currently in my car is the U.S. model so it doesn't have the higher compression pistons.

Mayhaps I am confused regarding the D-Jet. The injectors have an electrical connection leading to each one but the fuel distributor looks like a standard K-jet.
