Does any body know what the differences are on the AMG cars from '95 - '97(C36)?? I know it is the same tranny as the E-class.
I need to know a few things
- changing ATF fluid intervals
- anybody ever ran synthetic - advice?
- experience w/ rebuilds,Co$t
- modifying for even firmer shifts - (don't care about stall speed, dont plan to drag race)
- what parts are different inside vs. a regular tranny??
My car ('96 c36) will be hitting 50k miles here soon. I don't think it ever had the ATF changed. I am thinking about doing that & adding a cooler w/braided line.
