If it makes any difference, after seeing most of the parts on the donor car having 1977 and 1978 manufacture dates and being the car was imported into the USA and restored at one point, I have a feeling this car was actually built in 1978 and someone changed the year of the car on the title to 1980. There isn't even a VIN plate on the car except for some home-made tag that was riveted to the dashboard speaker, so who knows if the VIN number on the title is even the one the car was built with.
