It's never bad to be helpful and polite no matter what the folks on TV are doing .
Like you, I've had a terrific life because I keep meeting nice folks and I always try to lend a hand .
Now imagine the fun I have (not) trying to impart these ideas to my teenage Foster boys who had the joy mostly beaten out of them long before we get them .
Some here almost always complain, ***** and moan ~ those folks will never have happy / contented lives .
Will Rogers once said "folks are about as happy as they make up their minds to be" ~ I read this long long ago when I was about 12 and thought to myself : 'if I make it out alive, I won't waste time being unhappy' and guess what ? .
It works !
