This. Neither you nor I know the exact percentage of elevated risk of driving on New Year's Eve due to the fact there are a h*ll of a lot more DRUNK DRIVERS out on the STREETS past 10:00 PM on December 31.
I figure, at a minimum, should you and Mrs. Mash decide to go out New Year's Eve and you are behind the wheel past 10:00 PM, your risk of involvement in a collision is at a minimum DOUBLE versus day light driving the rest of the year.
