Sure business is business, but unless you're a dealer it's kinda shady to flip a car...you know he's not registering and paying the sales tax to flip it, just filling out the signed off title from you. Which is illegal in most (all?) jurisdictions and leaves you open to liability for hit and run accidents, tickets, tolls, etc if the next owner is of the "illegal" or irresponsible variety.
