Well spent a few hours on the 240D today, only have one key that works in the ignition... Watched some vids and got some input off a few sites... Well the locks will turn now but the doors will not lock /unlock.. Filed the "wafers" till they were flush with the lock cylinder with the key in.... Maybe I missed something, still in the same boat...
