If you find out lower ball joint's boots are torn, try to clean them with brake cleaner and wipe dry. Check to see if the metal part of the joints are smooth. Then lube with generous amount of grease. This is a temporay fix, sooner or later you have to replace the ball joints, if the boots are torn. If the boots are torn long time ago, the ball joints probably are dried up which will cause squeaking noise.
