Weight Loss
Very good ! .
I recently lost 16#, still over 200, I wish I could get back to my younger days weight of 185 but doubt that will ever happen at this late date .
Loosing weight helps your heart and eases wear on the knees too .
An old school chum called me last night and mentioned he's now 560 #, he says this is O.K. because he can also bench press 500 + #, it doesn't quite work that way.....
Keep up the great work and don't worry if you back slide a bit .
