I lost some weight with keto a few years back, net loss about 10lbs (20 loss then 10 back after i stopped the diet). After that, I lost about 60 just doing intermittent fasting. It works great with my general day to day and Ive kept the weight off for good. Not everyone likes it, but it works great for me.
