As we age. I believe our body cells do not generate as much heat as they once did. So it is typical to feel you want more external heat to feel warm.

I imagine this is also progressive with time. For example the house is 70 degrees right now and I like something like a thin sweater over my shirt. I will be 77 in a few months. Also in general I like it a little warmer outside before doing things out there. Than I once did.

The change I really do not like is the ongoing loss of muscle mass. It starts in the early 40s I am told but does not seem to become a real factor till you get up around where I am. Increasing protein intake is said to help. In your mind you go to lift something that once was easy. It just is not so easy anymore.

The amount of muscle mass between my ears seems to be holding well up though.
