I found a white connector or diode looking piece secured right beside the AC receiver/drier at the passenger side in front of the radiator. It seems broken or starting to break into pieces. I wanted to replace it before totally broken but didn't know what it is and/or what it is for?

Can someone please help to point it out what this white piece is? Thanks!
