So, here I am with a suspect head on my 603 engine (casting # 603-016-14-01 ) and wondering if I should attempt installing a 90's era 350 head. I have a complete 350 head available still in a vehicle. Good idea? What must be swapped, or can the thing go on complete? Should I upgrade to the new glow plugs and controller at the same time? BTW, how heavy and awkward are these heads?
