I was driving along over a bridge in Buffalo once. It was cold but clear and I was driving cautiously in my POS Mazda pickup. All of a sudden I felt my rear end sliding sideways. Tried to steer, tried to brake, nothing worked. Just had to sit there while the truck turned sideways and then backwards. I coasted threw the intersection at the foot of the bridge while rotating around and around. Not sure if I did 2 or 3 360's but when the wheels finally gripped I was facing the right way and just continued right along as though nothing had happened. Fortunately it was late and few other cars were on the road.
