Short answer: no

Limp home is a failsafe, and it kicks in under a wide variety of circumstances. It is there to protect the engine and drivetrain from full failure...you would want to fix the root problem, not try and hack around it while ignoring the actual issue.

Long answer: yes, if you are a software or electrical engineer who has more time than sense, I'm sure you could fab up a sensor spoof or something to tricking an entire canbus system that there is no problem.
