It was tuned up a few months ago and all the electrics checked out OK.

My guess is a vacum leak or an issue with the fuel distributor.

It's odd because you can really feel it when in park, but just barely when the brake is applied and you're in drive. Other than that, the motor is silky smooth and the MPG and overall performance is what it should be.
