At best I can only recover a third of our legal costs. You can never be certain of prevailing either. Even when it looks obvious.

When you are in legal disputes where the opposition is not paying their legal bills directly as individuals. There is less willingness for them to settle out of court. In my mind nobody really wins. You just reduce your losses at best.
