Time to pull the front cover. :-( I'd let a shop who has the timing tool do this one as the pump will need retiming after the fact. The timer gear is high priced as well as is the vacum pump itself. The tensioner slide rail can be dont with the head on but, it's tricky. Cut the old guide and remove it from the pin, then remove the pin, install the new guide and then the pin itself. (all the work information I've seen tells you to pull the head for this one.) This one is not a DIY project unless you've got some experince and several special tools including the light timer for the inj. pump.
