To begin with, adjusting the air glow sensor is a very differcult thing to do. I would advise replacing it. Those potentiometers are very critical in their adjustment.

Check OVP (overload protection relay), make sure its not black, the black ones have cold soldier joints and can cause starting problems, especially cold. Red are OK.

Aslo the fuel pump relays are updated and improve starting.

If the problem is warm, it may be injectors leaking down, or fuel distributer center shaft seal leaking.
