I put Uro door seals on my last W123 and you always had to slam the driver's door shut and the rubber pushed up in places where it should not have. Slamming the door never went away. I wish I had never done it.

Interesting. I need to replace all mine. Especially the drivers door. I had been thinking of using OEM from the dealer for that one and URO for the rest as they are almost never opened and I can't shell out a grand for rubber.

That would be my recommendation as well as trying to repair the existing rubber if possible. Mine have guerrilla tape covering the cracks and it is nearly unnoticeable.
