That first picture is the trick! Now my car has that nipple on the left side, but it appears blocked? I just assumed it wasn't used. I guess I will investigate and see if its plugged or what the status is.
Side note, just found out cylinder 4 has 75% leak down with burnt exhaust valves. Ugh, guess the head is now coming off.
