Did you do a search? I found 77 threads with some content dealing with the US lawsuit. Are there "victims" here? Yes. Again, talked about when the suit was first settled.
The consensus was mostly that no one should follow the FSS schedule for oil/filter changes, especially if using dino-oil. There is some feeling that the settlement is a cop-out, and may mean nothing.
