The only VICTIMS are those who were careless enough that they were willing to run a very expensive new car over 10,000 miles on dino oil. They really did it to themselves.

I wouldn't exactly call ANYONE a victim since we now have 150,000 mile engine warranties because of this.

I recieved my notice and 150K warranty in the mail several months back.
